We do always a one whole day's and one half a day's adventure to a special place in Provence which has a strong link with retreats topic. We will enjoy every day a relaxing and strengthening exercise, be it Yoga, Pilates or just a gently walk in the midst of the olive trees. We relax at the cafes and restaurants of the medieval villages or at a Provencal picnic enjoying the sceneries of the French countryside. We chat with the cats, dogs, or horses we meet along the way and remind us that we are all one at the end enjoying our life on this home planet.
